I'm Robbie Weaver.
I’m the founder of MRWco and I’m a photographer in central Ohio. I’ve taken photos and created video content professionally since 2016.
I started using a camera at a young age, making goofy videos neighbors and friends. My passion for it grew, and in 2018, two friends and I filmed a short documentary that went on to win awards in the Lux Mea Film Festival and the Veritas Film Festival.
I think I found my niche though when I started focusing on still photography. I love capturing random scenes in the backyard with family or at dinner with friends; moments that otherwise might have been forgotten.
I’ve filmed and photographed weddings. I’ve worked with universities on major marketing projects, provided content for political campaigns, and shot various sporting events. Throughout that process, I’ve found my true passion in lifestyle, portrait, and sports photography.
Although I normally shoot digitally, this year I’ve been working on film photography with my 70s-era film camera, and it’s been an enjoyable pursuit. I can’t draw or paint, but film feels like my own contribution to the art world.
